Refund / Exchange  Policy: 

• Refunds at the box office (in-person) will only be issued up to 5 minutes before the start of the movie showtime.

Refund / Exchange Policy (Fandango ONLINE TICKETS Only):

We do not sell tickets online directly. All online ticket purchases are handled exclusively through Fandango.

The theater is not allowed to refund or exchange Fandango online tickets under any circumstances.

For refunds or exchanges of tickets purchased through Fandango, please visit Fandango Customer Service or call 1‑800‑FANDANGO (1‑800‑326‑3264).

Please note: the online convenience fee charged by Fandango is non-refundable.

IN-PERSON BOX OFFICE REFUNDS / EXCHANGES ARE NOT AVAILABLE for tickets purchased via Fandango.

Please note: Before purchasing your tickets, we strongly recommend confirming the movie title, date, and showtime to ensure accuracy. Once your order is placed, Cinema Village deducts the selected tickets from our available inventory, reducing the number of seats offered for that showtime. While this process guarantees your seats, it also means we are unable to resell those tickets if you do not attend.
